It’s Friday and it’s time to PARTY!!!!!!!
Except, this party doesn’t require me to dress up, look nice, or anything else like that…and man, can I tell you that it’s been a painstaking day for me!
What am I talking about? The Ultimate Blog Party!
I’ve been wanting to go play all day, but I had to work…(and I’ve been so proud of myself because Lisa B from Simply His and Potty Prayers kept updating me on how many people had already signed Mr. Linky and all the cool sites that she’s visted…
Well, it’s now time to party…

I hope that you enjoy my feable attempts at humor and life stories…While this blog is relatively new, I’m not new to blogging…this is my 8th!
But Desperately Seeking Sanity is an outlet for me to write, to share, and to be me…Heather…the daughter, the mother, the friend…
I’ll tell you a few things about me (and there are tons more on the 100 things about me page if you’re bored…)
I’m the mother of two children… Matthew (10) and Samara (7)
I work from home for a group of 7 television stations and have an internet business as well
I live in Roanoke, VA…but I’ve lived all over because I’m an Army Brat…I’m originally from York, PA
I don’t know how I would live without the internet
I love to make people laugh…most people enjoy my stories…either that or they are lying to me… 
I collect keychains and scrapbooking stuff… yeah, I never have time to scrapbook….
I LOVE meeting new people!!!!!

I saw you like to collect scrapbooking supplies. I do to, but I have found an alternative that might help you.
It is digital scrapbooking, not quite as fun as the hands-on way, but you still get great results.
