Ok… so today’s the big day…well the first big day in a string of many Tuesdays that I will look forward to…
I have determined that I need a new scale, but for now, this one will have to do…
Last week, I started with simply eliminating the wheat and gluten from my diet…I’ve tried to watch what I eat, but I admit… there have been a few cookies here and there along the way (wheat free of course!). Many things that I’ve made, I don’t have a points value or a fat count… I just kinda have to go with the flow…
However, with that being said, I stepped on the scale today and I have a loss!!!!!
3.5 pounds gone…
And I’m going to invest in a new scale (hopefully) by next Tuesday…
And I’ve stuck to no wheat and gluten all week with no cheating! (Thanks Becki!!!!)
So, yay me!
And yay! all of you who are participating in the May Day Weight Loss Challenge!!!!

Hey… I stopped taking all kind of fat related and less carbohydrate now. Shall I loose weight without any physical pressure with my new diet?
