One of the benefits of my Mac is that I have the little video camera built in.
With Sam’s new glasses, I thought it would be nice to send my mom a little video of the kids and she was in agreement.
But you know, it’s all about her… therefore, when Matt was talking in the background, she flipped out…
and of course, we got it all on camera…
So, she redid it, and it was cute but then Matt wanted to do a video…
And he’s been working on his times tables and wanted to show off for Papaw…
We decided not to send this one either…
Finally, 30 minutes later, we had 2 30 secondish videos to send to my mom… she, of course thought they were phenomenal… and wanted to know how I did that… I so badly want her to get a chat program so that we can video chat with her… i really think it would be great for not only the kids, but for her as well, but she’s just not there. I think the next time that I go visit, I’ll install it for her… and show her how to use it.

Yes, I know, we’re totally cheesy…. And totally ignore how I look please… it was late, and I was ready for bed… 
And ignore the fact that my daughter’s shirt says “Coed Naked Peacekeeping — Bosnia” It was a gift for me from my brother many years ago when he was on a tour there. And it’s not a shirt that I wear out and Sam raids my drawers for sleep shirts… she only likes it because it’s from Uncle Johnny.

I don’t want to make Sam jealous, but Matt totally cracked me up! Of course, my daughters came rushing in to find out what I was watching. And then they were laughing, too.
BTW, I don’t want to give unsolicited advice, but have you ever thought about having Matt listen to or watch “Schoolhouse Rocks” for the times tables? I only mention it because that’s how my girls learned them fairly easily. Just a thought.
i haven’t figured out how to do a lot with my mac yet. Any advice? This is a great Idea for my little one to do for her daddy when he travels for business. Do people have to have a mac to view it?

. We were all ganged up here on the desk watching. Madisyn said mommy are those my friends do you think they will be my friends too awwww.

I can only imagine how Nana & Papaw loved that. You should totally install the video chat program for them!
