I am ready for Christmas…

That’s right. It could happen tomorrow and I am ready.

I don’t think I’ve ever been ready with 9 days to spare.

See, with the traveling and hecticness of the year, I had to be finished with buying, wrapping, shipping, etc by tomorrow night when the kids get home. We leave Thursday for my parents and will be coming home Christmas Eve… so that meant, I set a goal to be done by the time we leave. Knowing all that’s going on during the week, that moved my deadline to tomorrow.

But all the gifts, even the ones for myself, are wrapped and hidden. My parents gifts are wrapped. My packages and cards are ready to mail Monday.

The kids each have equal amounts of presents both in their stocking and under the tree, so there will be no fighting.

Now, the only hangup is one of Matthew’s gifts, his big one too, isn’t here yet. I did wrap a picture of it in case it doesn’t arrive. But if it does, I’ll just point him to wherever I’ve hidden it when it arrives.
