When I was a teenager, I thought I needed a perm…Did I mention that I have curly hair? I wanted REALLY curly hair…my mom tried to talk me out of it…but I was a stubborn, strong-willed teenager. So…I got my perm….and a FRO! Luckily it grew out!

My biggest beauty blunder was allowing myself to get taken in by the smooth talking young man at the cart in the mall who assured me that his potions and lotions would work wonders on my skin. I spent more money on that than I would ever normally do and felt a bit like a fool afterwards. Ah well, I enjoyed it while I was there and steer far away from them now. As for the gift you are offering, my 6 year old Diva would think this was the gift to end all gifts, I am sure. Please add my name to the drawing and thank you. My boyfriend had just moved to NYC for work and it was my first visit. I was in the city alone all day and decided to get my hair cut. Why not, right?! I found an Avon salon and figured, “Avon can’t be too expensive, right?” Needless to say that they cut it, highlighted it and before I left NYC that weekend, I was blond and $350 poorer! I guess someone should have alerted me to the fact that the Avon salon was in Trump Tower!! lol The blond was NOT for me, but I had to wait for it to completely grow out. Just one of my hair blunders
