Thankfully, we can wear them to work, because our air conditioning unit is nearly 40 years old and not really working all that well. I helped with "fun day" at Anna Marie's school last fall - and it was in the gym, but I was completely exhausted by the end! I can't imagine doing it outside in the heat. I did field day a few weeks ago when it was only 80-something. Yesterday I passed by a church that said it was 104 here. I don't care how bad you think your legs look -- get some shorts on! Geesh!
