I love your blogs Susan. You are such a great writer. You remind me of me when my kids were growing up. I cleaned their rooms after many times of coaxing and grounding, but it didn’t make much difference. I just gave in too often. Hang in there.

I think it’s a huge temptation for women to try to be someone they are not. We have to learn how to be comfortable as who we are, then we won’t feel the pressure to “measure up.” It’s so freeing when we can reach that place.

Cathy: Isn’t it amazing how God works? I have been blessed time and time again by other women that I have met online… fellow sisters in Christ and have been awestruck at how things just seem to fall into place when I need them… Humor is how I get through life… and you’re right… it makes the medicine go down… it truly is my sugar..

I’m a firm believer in that some times God hides us until He’s ready to use us… I can’t take credit for that as my BFF told me that and I believe it.
