Two tips: 1) if you have friends that travel, ask them to bring you the disposable shower caps - keeps the stuff from running everywhere, and 2) find a ratty robe or shirt and have that be your dedicated "dyeing" outfit - you won't mind as much when the stuff does drip anyway and gets on the collar. I am at the mercy of others when it comes to dying my hair. I am a disabled nurse (two neck surgeries and need a third) and I can't hold my arms up long enough to section up my hair and apply the color. My partner Susan usually does it, but she always misses a spot...or two...but I would never ever say anything for fear that she will quit doing it for me! And who can afford to go to the salon? It's outrageous what they charge! I use Excellance cream by Loreal, and it doesn't drip very much, if at all. Connie I hope the dye job turned out good!
