Brave Soul

I’ve been called a brave soul a few times in my life, especially when working with my youth group, that I absolutely adore.  I would do almost anything for them, take them almost anywhere, and so it seemed like a natural thing to volunteer to take a slew of them to see the premiere of High School Mucial 3:  Senior Year last night.

It was mentioned several times as we prepared for our little outing, purchasing advance tickets, etc, that I was a brave soul.

I thought these people were crazy, because really?  It’s just a movie and I’ve taken my youth kids to see a movie on more than one occassion…

But by the time we left the movie, I realized that I was a brave soul.  Want to read why?

My review of HSM3: Senior Year is here…

Until next time…

I wasn’t the brave soul. I let my daughter and 9 of her fifth grade girl friends go with other moms to the opening last night. She loved it. She even dressed all up in her Gabriella costume she’ll be wearing on Halloween. I guess I’d better go see how you liked it.
