Like, I’m kinda glad I had a nephew to post about.
Sure, I have a post compiled in my head of all the things I got for Christmas that I want to share with you, and perhaps I will… but I’m just feeling that holiday hangover already and I’ve not even made it through New Years.
Sad isn’t it?
So here’s the deal.
I want to play another round of Ask Me Anything.
You ask, I answer.
Please?
I’m even willing to pony up a $20 gift card to Amazon.com for one lucky question asker. I don’t care how many comments that you leave, as long as there’s a question, it’s counted as an entry. That’s how much I need something to write about.
So, how ’bout it?
Will you play along with me?
I’ll take questions until Friday. I might start answering them early, but after midnight on Friday, while you can still ask me a question, you won’t be eligible for the gift card.
Let ‘er rip!
Until next time…

What? I’m the first one to comment on this? Can’t be! I think everyone is trying to recover from the holiday stupor. Anyway, on to the question:
what do you do when you get stressed? exercise? eat? throw things?
Oh, and another question: I’ll be in L’burg next week! what day do you have time for Ladybug and me to come over for lunch?
I loved reading your stories in “God Met Me”. I really think there are alot of people with the same denominational stumbling block. They are raised Lutheran, or Catholic………what ever the case may be. When they try to come back to God the denomination gets in the way, for what ever reason.
My question to you: If you met someone who had a little bit of church background when they were a child, but not attending any church as an adult, how would you address the issue that your denomination, or worship style, or church culture may not be the right fit for them? How would you encourage them? Would you just wait and see how they do? Or would you address it up front?
And another question——different topic—–
With your kids, the boy, and his kids, work, church, etc……. What do you do to make time just for yourself? Do you make a deliberate effort for personal time? Do you still journal (like paper and pen jounal?) and if that is your personal time, do you get it daily?
I have been hearing all this hype about 2012 being the world ending as we know it! Supposedly, the Mayan Calender ends
on December 21st, 2012 and the major world religions agree with this date! Please help me out and maybe soothe my anxiety over this quandary. Many thanks…..Cindi
What is your greatest fear?
Greatest failing?
What is your biggest accomplishment?
Ok… so what I want to know is more about “the boy” and how ya’ll met, etc. Give us DETAILS!!! All of a sudden he was just here… and there were few details….so spill!!! Hope your Mac survives….
mmm..I’m trying to think of something no brainer ish (sure it’s a word) as my brain is kind of mushy. Do you still have the evil looking stove and weren’t you supposed to get a new one or do you just only cook at “the boys” house now?
Alrighty, I’m wondering if you could have a job or skill set without being limited by current abilities, education for it, etc – what would you love to do/be able to do?
You said you read from Genesis to Judges, which was your favorite story and why?
Oh I like DIY Heather’s question on stress – thats a good one!
Here’s something I’d like to know:
Since you started blogging (when was it again?) whats the biggest thing you’ve gained? And maybe, “Why do you keep doing it?”
I want to know about the boy…we all want to know about the boy…but I have a feeling you’re not going there.
So……………
Are you crafty?
Not as in cunning, as in arts & crafts.
