So, I’m sitting here freezing my arse off because it’s 21 degrees outside but it feels like 10 and I take a break from working to check my Google Reader. (I finally hit mark as read on all of them, went through and deleted the feeds that I didn’t miss while I stopped checking blogs for a bit and now I feel so much better!)
And the tour dates have been announced for NKOTB.
The cruise isn’t going to happen even though the BFF and I REALLY want to go. But know what we can do?
Go see them in concert… again.
I’ve converted her. She’s a fan.
And this is a whole heckuva lot cheaper than when I converter her into scrapbooking. (I’m still VERY sorry about that Becki.)
Anywho, as with the last time that the tour dates were announced, I was afraid there would be no dates that would be close to me, and if you remember, there weren’t. I was contemplating driving to Atlantic City to see them.
But then they added a date in DC and I thought about it and thought about it and decided that I would kick myself if I didn’t go, so I bought the tickets and we went, Becki and I, and made a fun-filled educational weekend out of it for the kiddos.
The tour dates were announced and there’s a venue on the list that would be VERY convenient for Becki and I.
Take a guess which one I told her that she was going to? (And that she didn’t have a choice in the matter.)

OMG! I’m so excited.
Of course, they said that this was only the beginning of the tour dates, so it’s quite possible that they would add one even closer. Like maybe I could go twice if they offered one in Charlotte. Or Greensboro. DC even. That worked out well.
Oh the possibilities….
Now, would someone please tell Dave Ramsey to get out of my head. Keeps saying something about this not being a necessity.
Apparently, Dave Ramsey is not familiar with the New Kids on the Block. This is most CERTAINLY a neccessity!

I knew something must be very important to summon me from my blog.
I’m here on what feels like my death bed…not really just severe cramps..sorry I went there. This makes it a little better.
I’d have to go to Tulsa to see them, so hopefully they’ll open another venue in the Dallas area again. They’d be crazy not to. Though I do have a BFF in Tulsa, maybe I could convince her to be a convert and go.
Okay there isn’t one near me yet.. I haven’t given up.. they said more coming…. Just don’t forget about Jon when you’re snapping photos of Donnie. LOL
